As freelancers and business owners, there are two main concepts that we seem to struggle with; burnout and boundaries. Add a global pandemic into the mix and it’s easy to see how a lot of us came out of 2021 feeling utter exhaustion. That’s why setting boundaries in biz is at the top of my to-do list (and should be at the top of yours too).

As we flip the calendar on a new year and step into another 12 months of business, we are filled with endless opportunities. It’s a fresh start. This year, I’m making a conscious effort to usher in some good work habits as a freelancer this year. Perhaps you can bring some of them into your year too?
