I am a wellbeing consultant/coach and meditation facilitator. I have a masters in Positive Psychology... nearly - I finish this year. I also have 9years exp in communications and social impact strategy. So I love working with organisations to help them thrive both on the inside and outside! How long have you been your own boss?
Over 5 years now! Im a dynamic individual, with a variety of skills. I could never really find one role that could satisfy most of them. I LOVE being creative and using my range of skills. Being my own boss means I can play, create, collaborate and offer multiple projects. Plus I love creating freedom in my life. I work hard but I also rest hard too. What is your superpower?
Deep listening & love.If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
Right where I am. I love my home, my community and the nature. So blessed. If i had to choose somewhere else, maybe NZ surrounded by fields of flowers, rolling green hills and snow capped escarpments.. and cute sheep! What's your go-to productivity trick to getting things done?
Haha, honestly... putting on my favourite lipstick and/or changing my outfit, even if it's 11pm at night and I'm working from home... it makes me feel bossCan you share any grounding practices that help you deal with burnout, overwhelm or stress?
I set intentions. tune into the work I am doing and connect to something that is deeper, to drive my sense of purpose and meaning and to keep me going. I also make sure to have nature moments, dance breaks and always always practice gratitude. What are you most looking forward to about the community cheerleader role?
Connecting with and hopefully igniting, inspiring and making some incredibly beautiful and amazing boss women feel supported.

Previously, I was working in-house at a design agency called Smack Bang. I moved through the ranks from Intern, to Jnr and finally as Digital Marketing Manager. After moving up the coast and dabbling in freelance for a few months I decided to take the plunge and take this whole show full-time.How long have you been your own boss?
I'm still pretty fresh-eyed to the freelancer game, it's only been 6-months of self-employment and it definitely hasn't been without its challenges but I have enjoyed every second. What is your superpower?
Making the perfect spicy marg (oh and helping brands look cool online). If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
I think I'd find myself in Edinburgh. Plenty of moody bookstores, a whole lot of good history and just a stone throw from Ireland. Plenty of good road trips on the cards and there might be a chance I could run into Jamie from Outlander (anyone?).What's your go-to productivity trick to getting things done?
If it's early in the day, I'll listen to the soundtrack of some of my favourite tv shows or movies. If it's later in the day and the third coffee just isn't doing it's job it usually calls for a dance party / great jam session. Can you share any grounding practices that help you deal with burnout, overwhelm or stress?
My recent non-negotiable is reading. A chapter or two alongside my morning coffee works wonders. It makes me feel like I've already 'won' the day and therefore everything after it feels a little easier. What are you most looking forward to about the community cheerleader role?
Just getting to know you all a little more and excited to facilitate conversations with you all both online and offline.
